Metamorphosis Vol. I+II sind nicht einfach Remixe sondern die komplette Neugestaltung einiger meiner früheren elektronischen Stücke. Alles wurde neu bearbeitet und abgemischt, Etliches wurde neu aufgenommen, ersetzt oder hinzugefügt. Die Kompositionen wurden somit nicht nur entstaubt sondern zu etwas ganz Neuem umgewandelt.
Vol. II beinhaltet ruhigere (und teilweise dunklere) Ambient tracks, auf Vol. I sind rhythmischere Titel vertreten. The Ambient Side ist sowohl Pendant als auch Gegenpol zu The Rhythmic Aspects.
Metamorphosis Vol. I+II are not just remixes but a complete redesign of some of my earlier electronic pieces. The whole material was edited and mixed, lots of tracks were re-recorded, exchanged or added. The compositions were not only freed from dust but converted into something totally new.
Vol. II shows the ambient (and partially darker) side of the project, whereas Vol. I contains the more rhythmic aspects. The Ambient Side is counterpart as well as counterpole to The Rhythmic Aspects.
